Only a five minute walk from here is the Edinburgh International Conference Centre which is located in the main financial district of the city.
We offer good value bed and breakfast accommodation with private car park, only 10 minutes walk to Edinburgh Castle . Our Georgian townhouse, situated in a residential area in the south side of the centre of Edinburgh.

The Averon Edinburgh Bed and Breakfast offers b&b accommodation and excellent facilities and is a historic listed building Bedroombuilt in 1750 and to the rear of the house is a beautiful gaden well stocked with herbs and fruit trees. The garden also dates back to 1750 and as such is one of the oldest gardens of its type in the city. The house itself is good example of a Georgian town house villa of which there are many examples throughout Scotland and northern England. The house is fully restored but still retains its original character and style. |
